Basically a good and structural work needs a systematic way to visualize and work on the particular approach. The most important part of the work management is what I figure out is the task management. When the work is sub divided into certain aspect of tasks, its easy to perform and get the things in the right perspective. For that sake, I have been using the cloud based task management software from Replicon ( http://www.replicon.com/olp/task-management-software.aspx ) which is hassle free and is featured with the user friendly and calendar based interface that makes it an intuitive tool to work with.
